• Post Graduation Passed with Mathematics/  Mathematical Statistics/Economics/Commerce/Statistics from any Recognized University in India.
• O’ Level Diploma in Computers awarded by DOEACC Society or Diploma in Computer Science of at least one year duration from a recognized University/Institute.
• Knowledge of Hindi in Devnagari Script.
