How to Fill : UP Police SI / ASI One Time Registration OTR Online Form 2025
- Each applicant must register with a unique Email ID and a unique Mobile Number, which will be unchangeable during the examination process.
- Applicants can complete their registration using Aadhaar, DigiLocker, Driving License, PAN, or Passport.
- Only the details recorded in the Matriculation/High School certificate will be considered valid for OTR purpose.
- The Applicant’s Name, Gender, and Date of Birth entered during the registration process must exactly match with the information in the Matriculation/High School certificate.
- If the Matriculation/High School details cannot be fetched from DigiLocker, applicants can manually enter their information.
